Rodi Alexander

Rodi Alexander is one talented lady. Rodi Alexander grew up in Long Beach, Long Island New York. She started playing the guitar and alto saxophone at 8 years old and was always asked to sing at family events and parties. A lead in every play in High School, Rodi auditioned and made it into the College of her choice, Carnegie Mellon University, to study Musical Theater and drama. After performing in Nashville on the General Jackson Showboat in Opryland, she found herself a booking agent in New York and performing in the Catskills and Pocono’s, opening for The Smother’s Brother’s, Jack Carter, Jackie Mason, Jan Murray, Charlie Callis, Red Buttons, and the list goes on. Rodi’s defining moment was partnering with unending talents of arranger, composer, and performer Mark Friedman. Together they define, “Making Beautiful Music Together!”
